Ryan Citron is a senior research analyst contributing to Guidehouse Insights’ Micromobility and Smart Cities solutions, with a focus on electric two-wheel vehicles, smart street lighting, and advanced traffic management systems. Citron provides in-depth market analysis, competitive assessments, strategic marketing, product evaluations, and market sizing and forecasting services to a wide variety of private and public sector clients.

Prior to joining Guidehouse Insights, Citron was a solar energy researcher at NREL, supporting the US Department of Energy’s Solar Soft Costs Program. He holds a BA in law and human rights from Carleton University, an MASc in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver, and an MLS in energy and natural resources law and policy from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Citron also holds certificates in business analytics and sustainable business strategy from Harvard Business School.
