Francesca Loo is a Customer Success Lead, responsible for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring sustained engagements for Guidehouse Insights’ clients.

Prior to joining Guidehouse Insights, Francesca was at LRN Corporation, a SaaS e-learning company, where she managed all commercial aspects of renewal, expansion, and growth for subscription accounts. Before joining LRN, Francesca was Director of Client Services for the financial markets research and consultancy firm, TABB Group, focusing on enhancing client engagement, retention, and expanding the firm's research subscription business. Francesca’s expertise includes driving customer growth, executing strategic account plans, and leading product adoption and training initiatives.
